30-day returns

If you're not completely happy, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Your statutory rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

How to return

Email hello@sovvn.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please keep proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
